What was the highlight of Cindy Kelly Hotel

The room was spacious. The bed was soft, big and very comfortable. The hotel was not inside the Freeport Zone but it was very close to the Freeport Zone and to the malls.

There was no food available in the hotel. They had to order outside and there was no guarantee that they will find what you ordered even if they have a menu. The hotel was dark and looked a little creepy.

Internet was ok. And location is not difficult to find. Also shops are near the hotel.

The facility is not maintained. Ceiling along the hallway is leaking. There are buckets and rugs where the leak comes which narrows the already narrow hallway. There are exposed wirings from the routers that can be seen on the ceiling. Spider webs can be seen inside the room. Its too pricey for its facility. Also request for cancellation was not taken care of, it says replies within 24 hrs but no reply till we arrived. Request was sent several days before.

The dresser drawers had rubbish such as empty hamburger wrappings) inside. The air-conditioning did not have a remote control so we had to step on a stool to turn it on

Location was great, accept for the kareoke bar next door, singing until early hours of the morning.

Housekeeping was friendly. Maintenance man was nice.I could not wait to get out of there!Manager was very helpful front desk was not! They were lazy.

When we arrived they attempted to downgrade The room which we paid for. Then charged us more for the room in the agreed-upon rate that we booked. The room wasn’t finished when we got to the room and never was. The room had roaches. We were assured a smoking room. The whole hotel was non-smoking. We had to smoke outback with the rats in the roaches. Staff was not very Accommodating and helping us with questions about where things were. Really bad language barrier. The bathroom was dirty and the plumbing leaked. Never felt clean the whole time I was there! Since the booking was a no refund who were stuck!

Water getting flooded in the bathroom. Infestrd with small cockroaches. Requedted to be transferred to another room after my 1st day stay, was transferred on the 3rd day already.

There are no Internet Connection in the Room, clients are required to go to the LOBBY in order to access the internet.

The lobby where the internet can only be accessed is very untidy, hot as Aircon is not working well.

The location is just walking distance to the malls. Only thing that im not happy is their wifi wasnt able to connect on their wifi.

Their free Wifi wont connect.

.i just like the hotel’s location..

.i think our linens are not changed..and if you’ll look under the bed, you’ll see so many cobwebs as if it wasn’t been cleaned for ages..their staff are not accommodating, they dont smile, they greet us and other guest as if they are the only one hearing them..and the one that check us in is the one that is most not accommodating..plus, there is no partition on the restroom and shower area of our room..

Value for Money. Location is near fastfood area (Jollibee, Mang Inasal, etc), drugstore and malls (harbor point and sm city olongapo). 30mins away from Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure. You can do early check-in with no extra charged. Free and secured parking in-front of the hotel.
